Returns
Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal at Wolf Promo Products. If you have an issue with your order please let us know and we will do our best to resolve any problems.
If you receive damaged merchandise please refuse if it is badly damages since that is the best way to get credit from UPS or Fedex, if it is concealed damage notify Wolf Promo ASAP and let us know so
that we can issue credit, schedule a pick up or do our best to come to
an amicable resolution.
Custom orders cannot be returned as long as they are delivered in new, approved and acceptable condition especially when there is a custom imprint.
Printing
It is a standard printing practice to have a 5-10% Over Run of the product being printed. If you do not wish to have an Over Run request a "Ship Exact Amount" order. Otherwise the customer will be billed for any Over Runs of the Product, Calendar, Spirals, Envelopes, etc,....
Freight
If there is any additional freight due to an Over Run the additional freight will be billed to the customer.
When there is more then 15 Days between a freight estimate
and the order Wolf Promo Products reserves the right to
Re Bill the Freight and add it to the Purchase Price.
